Substrate requirement
The substrate must comply with the valid norms. must be solid, free of loose particles, free of dust, paints, residues of demoulding agents and blossom. It must be sufficiently rough, dry and evenly absorbent. The surface shall not be frozen or water-repellent.
Substrate preparation
Moisten the substrate. Keep it moist during application. For a secure bond use as contact bridge Cemix 1500 to apply to the underlying concrete. Applicate method should be “Fresh in Fresh” concrete. In the case of formwork, use a de-moulding agent on the formwork.
Preparation of the mixture
Pour the dry mixture into the prescribed amount of water. Mix with a slow-speed paddle mixer or drum concrete mixer to a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Leave to rest. Then mix again briefly. Use suitable machinery when processing by machine.
